STRETCHING TIME:
*Elaborate right and left hand; hold your right hand in front of you, palm facing out and stretch it; do the same with the left hand.
Elaborate pull and move your head; pull your head to the right side, keep it like that for 5 seconds, pull it to the left side and keep it for 5 seconds. Move your head all around few times and tell the little giants to stop, wait 3 seconds and repeat the process.
Jog in place. Elaborate lift and knee. Lift one knee up, then the other, start jogging slowly and increase your speed after 30 seconds. Jog in a place for another 30 seconds but faster.
Swing your arms in circle. Extend both arms to the side. Slowly move both arms in forward circular motion. Start by making small circles, then increase the speed and the distance of your swing. Repeat this exercise swinging your arms backward.
Knee bending. From a starting position, bend at the hips and slowly reach the ground. Swing your torso to the left and right. Continue for 20-30 seconds.
The Butterfly position. While seated on the floor, draw booth feet in and place them together with your knees pointed out to the side. Gently apply pressure to your inner thighs below your knees by pressing them toward the ground.
Introduce the knee crossing. Tell Little Giants to lie down on the ground, cross one knee over the other one and using one hand pull the knee towards themselves. After that, elaborate bring your knees together and pull them with both hands.
